Credits are bought by card in the dashboard, in US dollars. Only members with billing permission can buy. For volume, custom terms or invoicing, talk to us.
Talk to usNo. Credits are prepaid: buy them when you need them, from $1. Larger packs include extra credits.
Basic and AI searches include their first 10 results. Each extra result you load uses that search's extra-result rate, whether it comes in a bigger page or a later one. Find similar companies and Relationships charge per next 10 results. Changing your query or filters starts a new search, and going back to results you have already loaded is free.
Each run is charged by its effort level, from 1.02 credits for Quick to 85 credits for Maximum, whatever the number of results. Automatic picks an effort for your query and charges that effort's price, never more than Maximum. A run that fails, or that you cancel before it finishes, is not charged.
Credits are measured to three decimal places, so small searches cost less than a whole credit. For example, 1,000 credits cover 2,000 Basic searches of up to 10 results each.
A Basic or AI search that finds nothing, a record lookup for an id we do not hold, and any call that fails with an error. Calls made with a test key are free, and so are checking what we hold, your balance and usage, and the filter and sort vocabulary.
Yes. Credits are prepaid, and billable calls stop with a 402 error when the balance runs out. Automatic top-up is off unless you turn it on. If you do, we charge your card the amount you set, up to the daily limit you set.
No. MCP tools use the same credits as the search or lookup they perform.
